APB offers an additional level of plan administration taking on some of the administrative duties typically handled by the Plan Administrator as defined under ERISA 3(16). When offering these services, APB assumes fiduciary status. 

Typical services offered under this arrangement include preparation and distribution of all required participant notices, review and approval of plan transactions, and more.

The Participant Experience
Advisor Solutions
We believe that even the best retirement plans will be less effective if the the Participant Experience is not engaging. Our products help to engage employees from enrollment to retirement.  We believe in straightforward, easy to understand, participant communications.

During the enrollment process we offer the tools required to make the process effective and less cumbersome to the employer and advisor.

Once enrolled, we make planning tools such as MasterPoint and e-Money available to all employees so that they can proactively create financial plans alone or along side their advisor.


Our services are always designed to be maximized with the use of a qualified plan advisor.  We support the advisor from the sales process, to plan design, plan implementation, enrollment, and ongoing plan communications and education.

We make the tools avialable to assist the advisor in the enrollment process as well as ongoing guidance to their plan participants.

APB operates exclusively in an RIA fee for service model and sets no restrictions on advisor compensation structures.
